Prog metal, Heavy metal, thrash metal, power metal, classic death metal, sludge metal and epic doom are all S tier to me. Variations of those sub genres listed get A tier, im talking those genres mixed with other genres like technical, symphonic, djent, groove, funk, stoner or industrial. A lot of alt metal, metalcore and nu metal is B tier at best. Deathcore and modern death metal is C. Grindcore and deathgrind are D. Black metal can eat shit at F tier.
