I'd pay so much money for Buschy to get in my face like that. You know how there are people that you just can't stand? He's that dude. I live in Vegas, too, but he will never see this or step to someone larger than Danica Patrick.

Why didn’t you read the whole rule text? What the heck is an RCFD run?
@BeatingandBanging2 күн бұрын
Tried to highlight. RCFD stands for Reduced-Cost Facility Development runs, which NASCAR can use as a penalty for rule violations by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)

i understand why remote broadcasting exist.but it makes the announcers limited to what the camera crews give them to view.& we all know fox directors for nascar are really poor at their jobs.

I’ve been a NASCAR fan since the 1960’s. It’s as if NASCAR is doing everything it can to run us off. These changes they have been making in recent years have been blowing my mind, including remote broadcasts. When the announcers are there at the track, they are getting the complete experience. The sights, the smells, the atmosphere. It pumps them up, and enhances their performance as an announcer. NASCAR needs to get off its high horse and listen to its fans and the drivers, including retired drivers.

How perfectly NASCAR-ish to change all kinds of rules except the one fans want changed. The Championship is a joke.

Remote broadcasts will grow and the fan base will shrink. Sounds right for NASCAR. Kyle Larson gives some of the most honest interviews. How many drivers would publicly admit that they crash too much?

It is so blatantly obvious when Fox does a remote broadcast. You can tell a serious disconnect about what's going on in the Fox studio in Charlotte and what's going on on the track, never mind the expertise in broadcasting those racist sucks.

Remote Broadcasting is similar to decreasing engine power. The sport and broadcasters think we’ll just get used to it and do what they want.

Remote broadcasting racing is one of the dumbest things that could be done. I guess I'll turn the volume off and listen to the audio part on MRN... Racing is really going down the toilet..

What ever is CHEAPER. That's OK. I quit watching years ago. At 71 I'v been watching for years. Sad to see how greedy the France family has gotten and then NASCAR & the networks. Miss the old time actual racing. But that's gone.

I see the day when Nascar will literally own all the charters and will lease them out to people with the $$... until one of their toes strays over one of Nascar's ambiguous lines... you're OUT, and by the way, NO REFUNDS.

Jamie is trying to protect her job. They get a female announcer at lower wages plus cut travel expense for staff. Only explanation is more profit for Fox and NASCAR.

I say let Dave Moody from MRN call every race. Less talk, no silly banter and bullshit verbal filler. Dave calls it right and makes it exciting. All race and no bullshit! 👍

The remote broadcast explains everything. NASCAR is obviously having trouble making a buck.
@stephenholloway68934 күн бұрын
I get cost cutting reasons but still remote broadcasts aren't needed unless they can't go to the track itself and the networks are firced to do it rather then go ahead and do it because of it reduce costs plus the covid situation probably forced the networks to have remote broadcasts sooner rather than later. I can understand the Mexico Xfinity race for example being remote if the announcers don't have a passport going there but otherwise it should be at the track unless it's needed to be remote for whatever the reason besides cost.
@SaabJitsu4 күн бұрын
So what I'm reading is all y'all crying about remote broadcasts don't know how a " live in person " Nascartel race works. The only difference is where their chair is. Even when they are at the track, they are calling the race off the monitors inside the broadcast booth, not by looking out the window. The only place that still happens is at your local track.

I like that new Logo Kyle! As far as the new rules, it's a step in the right direction. I'll hold judgment on the remote broadcast until it airs. I am glad to see a really good commercial for Indy cars but they (Fox) could have put a little more energy into the NASCAR commercial. And lastly, thanks Kyle for your excellent commentary! Have a great week!

I disagree that remote broadcasts fondamentally suck. I think that the current commentators in the american NASCAR commentary scene aren't suited for it, but if you watch international broadcasts, which are practically always remote, you can see that they often are really. As an example, the french (both metro french and quebec french) commentators are genuinely better than your average FOX booth. You can look it up, there are a lot of clips available on KZbin. I just think that we're in a weird in-between stage where commentators haven't yet adapted to this new way of doing things. It doesn't help that the only channel doing it is FOX and FOX's NASCAR coverage quality has already been declining significantly.

What Jamie Little needs to learn is her manner of telling race fans that off-site calling of races will only increase, comes across as her telling the fans that she speaks for her industry, fully supports remote calling of races, regardless of what fans want or like & that fans not only have to face it, it's only going to increase...it sounds like she's saying, fans that aren't pleased with how they choose to cover, produce, & present the races to the television audience, aren't right for criticizing the coverage or networks & should just deal with it. Sounds like she feels that fans don't & won't (nor should ever) understand or comprehend enough with racing or NASCAR, to have any say or influence on network decisions made, regarding their coverage, camera angles, promotions, & choices made with the production, or valid concerns or opinions, regarding the on-air talent & their level of knowledge of the the sport, such as their level of knowledge of the teams, their current & past drivers & of NASCAR history, past generations of cars LOL raced in NASCAR, etc. & familiarity with the legendary drivers of NASCAR, job performance, their personalities, , editing regarding how they decide to cover not only racing , but sports, in general. Ms. Little also seems to

Welcome back!!! Glad to hear you had a wonderful family time off over the holidays. Musician = Shannon Curfman. JGR not allowing drivers to run dirt before was 1 reason Ibnever rooted for his teams. All these auctions like this squeeze out the hard-working family man. We just do not have 9k laying around. The rich get all the big prizes. Its okay though bc Metallica sold out years ago.
