it looks at the plate for a year and then it displays the number. meanwhile i take out my phone and snap a pic in high resolution and get the same thing but better and faster.

If you mean other Arduino is working fine with the same cable, check which USB to UART controller is on your non working Arduino and install it's driver.

Since the signal is software generated, they might not be 100% accurate. You can trust the displayed frequency on the calibrated DSO.

Hello, I ran the bluetooth control car code and it worked fine. But I did few changes in the pin connections in the L298N motor driver and it started not uploading the code. I undid my changes and still the code is not uploading. I also reinstalled the IDE, no luck. I also tried "burn bootloader", for that also error is coming. Can you please help me?

change the code to setup the ESP32 as WiFi client instead of access point. Once the ESP32 is connected to the WiFi find out its IP address from the router and use that.

You seem to rely only on the beeping sound. You have to understand that some multimeters do not have a sound and rely purely on the readings. You did not show or explain that. Thank you

It is just an easy way to check the fuse. If you are using a multimeter with no sound feature, you can follow the reading instead.
