I have figured out that I am a Soft Classic with Ingenue essence mainly and classic essence secondly. I also have dark autumn coloring. I’m currently trying to balance the light colors suggested by the SC body type and the Ingenue essence. My simple aesthetic keyword is ‘wealthy child’. 😆

FN here. I have a stiffer denim maxi skirt, slip skirts, and straighter merino wool skirts. This video explains why I never gravitate towards the denim skirt, but I wear the other more relaxed skirts way more often.

I’m a soft dramatic and I would recommend only buying high waisted pants, even for comfort. I only feel comfortable in pants that fall at my natural waist. Also my capsule wardrobe has more dresses. Dresses are great for when you want to feel comfortable and put together. It’s very easy for us SD’s to feel frumpy. For comfort, I recommend items that look elevated but in comfy fabrics. For example a cashmere wrap cardigan instead of a sweatshirt or bomber jacket.

I have the feeling that I am Warm Dark and Bright? Why isnt there a color season like that?

I still don't know if I'm D or SD. I have sharp shoulders and a medium bust, not round/full. I have a very defined waist and big round hips and butt like an SD, but my face is very purely D. I feel like I'm stuck in between the two :O and neither clothing recommendations suits me, I feel like a non existent mix.

For outerwear are we better off using cardigans instead of blazers for formal wear? I bought a black blazer and it is petite and fitted well but I just never reached for it. But I always reach for my cardigans so I think they probably do look better on me as a soft classic. What’s your opinion on blazers vs cardigans for soft classic?

I'm 5'0 with rectangle body type.my bust and hips are almost same, waist thinner from them by 4-5 inches.petite With not too sharp facial feature one side I've jaw line and other side i dont.its typically assemetric.arms are slightly longer.slender and toned same goes with legs but bit shorter What am i??SG or FG??

I appreciate this well organized video!! ❤ I wish I could post my picture here on KZbin like I do with Reddit lol, on Reddit kibbe type me, most people typed me SOFT DRAMATIC but someone pointed out how I don’t accommodate upper curve and now I’m confused. I’ve been dressing in soft dramatic lines too, idk if I’m soft dramatic with very small boobs or a DRAMATIC. The main shapes I see in my silhouette are long elongated ovals, and one of my boob is asymmetrical so it can be hard to tell for upper curve

This is amazing! I love all of these outfits. I don't live high or crew neck collars on me as a soft natural, but that can be adjusted. love the color palette as well.

From what I've learned, if you are quite asymmetrical you can't be a classic type because classic types have symmetry above all else. And, you can have one or two elements that don't perfectly fit the ID and still be that ID as long as the overall yin yang balance fits. Hope that helps.

I struggle between these two because I have hips! They are more angular (A-shaped) than curvy... yang hips. Yet I am small (the juniors section fits me better than women's) and quite asymmetrical. Very squarish/rectangular on top. I think the FG recommendations work better for me but they seem to not take my hips into consideration.
