One of the greatest skyline views landing and taking off in the country. On a clear day it’s awesome, you can see just how sprawled out the metro gets and just how congested the downtown is.

Sometimes the ice builds back up before take off, I'm afraid of flying during the winter because of that 😥

@alexanderordinary2110 A great airplane from a passenger perspective but the higher CASM makes it a hard choice for airlines, especially when the 220 only has a slightly longer delivery backlog.

@@flapsnslats CASM? What the heck is "CASM"? All I know is that for a big guy like me, it is easily the most comfortable plane out there, especially if the seat pitch is around 32in. It is also noticebly more quiet than even the new gen jets. I would call it "spooky quiet"...

Great Pond, Cape Elizabeth at 2:29 (at the wingtip). Portland Head Light (center, near wing tip) at 3:36 Spring Point Light (just forward of the engine) at 4:26 and at 4:49 Yacht basin at 5:05 where Liberty Ships were built during WWII

Yessir! There’s that little dogleg left on Kilo right before crossing 31L (about 5:06 into the video) and I was kind of thrown to the side we were taxiing so fast

Flaps are 15° degrees flaps for takeoff. If they used 30° degrees flaps it'll create too much drag and the aircraft would stall. 15° degrees flaps for takeoff.
