You make changing out to your red spring easy. A little challenge for me when I tried to do it the first time. It's a stiff spring.

It takes a little practice and you will get the hang of it soon. The key is to grip close to the top and hold firmly.

Sure you can if you have a set of ISO -BOW's or the ISO-FLO for some of the movements that require the length.

I would like to know which spring would be the same strength as the Bow Basic; there’s no way I could do a chest compression that easily with mine. Thanks in advance…
