Which month did you guys go in? I'm planning to go skiing there soon but afraid that there won't be enough snow for the skifield to open :)

Hi @khloexuan! We went there 2nd week of July. It was when the ski season just started and there was not a lot of snowfall yet. Probably best to go mid August. This year we are planning to go around that time.

@@FamilySideTrip okay thank you for that information! I’m going on July 5th and wasn’t sure if the ski field would be open because it doesn’t look like there’s a lot of snow at the moment. I’m sure August would be a great time to go!

Aloha! Mahalo for sharing. This was a nice visual of what to expect. I wished you had shown more of the giant moa, which appeared very briefly. It's part of the natural history and your son would been impressed by its size and height. We'll be visiting later in the year and looks like this is one place to visit. Omg this is my absolute fave place to go this brings do many memories back to me. It so pretty and the skiing conditions are amazing. I wish you could've been there when there has been soo much more snow❤
