I bought this fridge freezer last year based purely on your very helpful review😊. I used it on two separate camping occasions plugged into campsite electric hookup. I was delighted with it. I would say that it is very heavy when empty much less when it's packed to the brim, so the wheels are essential for lugging it around. Today is a beautiful sunny day in Buckinghamshire and I'm going to the woods to trial it running on my Ecoflo River 2 max. Powerstation.

I've had mine for 4 yrs now and no mishaps so far and the store gives 6yrs with all products . It has always served me well and I hope to get many more years.

Interesting review, as I would want to know how well it performed when it was hot outside / in my campervan. So rather worrying that it did not work when the outside temp was hot, which is the entire reason for getting a compressor fridge/freezer as it would work in hotter temperatures. Cheers

That’s a cracking curry and I keep meaning to try velveting some beef and your tutorial makes it really clear how to do it 👍🏻 I normally do chicken thighs marinated in a soy & 5 spice based marinade and I use the Mayflower brand curry mix which I can highly recommend and tastes just like a takeaway Thank you for sharing👌🏻

The longer the better for velveting but rinsing is important, your favorite curry paste works well and I do like Mayflower. Thanks for your comments.

If I'm driving around the 40 mpg for the 2.0l Engine, keeping the eco mode light lit up as much as I can and the wife driving.... Jokes aside its really good in general, she is a old girl on a 59 plate but drives and looks younger. If you were considering to buy one I'd get a fresh import, low mileage, no rust and in vgc.

Yes loved all the locations in this part left a few out for a bonus video. Yes we lost our nephew the first day we were away, he passed away in same circumstances therefor this was very close to home for us.

when drawing power it used between 50 to 55 watts and 1 to 3 watts in rest mode (led display use) The fuller it is the longer between the compresser is needed. Time on standby was betwen 10 and 15 mins before it kicked back in.

@@JACrump1989 I found the fuller the unit, the longer it took before the compressor kicked in, between 35 to 50 minutes and around 20 on empty. I guess the content held the temps down before it needed to kick in. There are normally good on power, I guess because cold air is heavy and sinks to the bottom of coolers it regulates itself

No there would be no way for them to release the smells

You're supposed to fill the tray with water, which stops the smoke.

Thats not true on this model, the heating element is out of the way so no hot fats burn on it therefor no smoke.

Adding water, only helps in letting the fats float , like oil to water, easy just to pour out
