Seasoned flour:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup corn starch/flour
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
Wet batter:
1 cup butter milk
1 whole egg
Relish mayo:
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp cayenne pepper
5 drops Oh Grow Up Hot Sauce
For the sandwich:
brioche buns
1 tbsp butter (If toasted in pan)
dill pickles
2 chicken breasts
