Char Siu Noodle Stir Fry

Char Siu Roasted Pork Shoulder Steaks
Marinate For 5 Hours
Glaze one side cook for 20 minutes,
then turn and repeat. Cook on 180 (fan assisted)
Ingredients:
700g pork belly
4 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp 5 spice
1 tsp ginger
20ml Chinese rice wine
40ml pity whiskey
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp MSG (Optional)
1 large star anise (Crushed/Blended)
1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds (Crushed/Blended)
1/2 tsp red food colouring
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp ketchup
