Loved the Video! That may be a dumb question and i dont expect a kind respond from you (haha like you said in the last video) but im really new to calisthenics and dont understand what activation means and what it is for. Why dont you just train on your training sesssion but activate? The Video Quality is always improving 💪

Hey, maybe you will like some songs from All Under Heaven. The vocals are not exactly like the ones you listen to at 2:03, but the instrumental and the vibe is similar.

For gods sake stop speaking english in your videos. My ears are bleeding listening to your videos you are trying so hard to make it to the international while you didn't even make it to the french audience. you have 12k subs bro you are a small fry you won't make money anytime soon so just stay humble and speak a language we can actually comprehend. also your english ain't getting better lil bro XD. You are a selfish dude you put aside your french community by giving them low quality earrape just for money. its hilarious how the new generation of youtubers only think of money and after they ask why they get such low views and why they don't do shit with their lazy ass life. get a job and i'm being mean but its good for you

funny that you're commenting this specific thing, i've over used alot of muscles (dominant front lever/planche muscles) and put them under too much fatigue from doing too much volume and intensity for around half a year, now i have to rest for 2 weeks doing little bit of activation work and handstand. shit sucks yo everybody needs to get their fatigue management level up

hey nathan, i started training everyday not so long ago, and i quite dont know what to do on weak day, should i stopped training everyday and just rest on weak day? or continue training but less intense and lower volume? like do what i do on normal day but with easier progession or with band and less sets than i normally do, for my level on normal day i can do 1 1 1 on full with decent form and around 3 full planche press bad form, i dont train pull skill but still do some little pull work for muscles, sorry if im asking too much, love u nathan🫶
@nathanbosech11 сағат бұрын
Hi man I would not recommend you to train every days I would recommend you to train when your body allow you to, if you are in a training and you are feeling week make sure to work on a skill that don’t ask to much strength but more technique or work on your form with heavy bands for example

On a serious note though, this is how people are on the internet. If you make any kind of video they will assume it is to get closer to them as an influencer. Which is why I suggest you try to monetize the KZbin videos with the creator program once eligible. The comments will always be “bro this… bro that” most are young kids who don’t know any better anyway. They will never understand what it’s like to be an athlete, so most will take offense and think you are unfriendly.
@nathanbosech14 сағат бұрын
