I completely understood all the concepts you described, it makes total sense and the wording is good, especially in that final part where you talk about "shocking enough to understand what's wrong", which is important to say because it's very different from just being flat out rude, you're just saying what people need to hear without sugarcoating it. Him man I would recommande you to check the video i have done on Daniel flefil Chanel for your planch progression and most likely get a coaching, your approach of planch is wrong at no point you need to have 20 sec of tuck to go to the next progression
