I totally got your points, everything makes sense especially when you mention how it's important to shock someone to recognize what's wrong. That's an important distinction, as it’s not about being rude, but about giving people what they really need to improve. I received a comment from you that initially shocked me, but it made me realize my wrong point of view. Thanks you for the video you uploaded

I completely understood all the concepts you described, it makes total sense and the wording is good, especially in that final part where you talk about "shocking enough to understand what's wrong", which is important to say because it's very different from just being flat out rude, you're just saying what people need to hear without sugarcoating it. Well thought video to explain some things, and by the way I think the glasses suit you well and you don't look stupid at all. I've been watching your videos regularly for 4 months and it's important for people to understand that to you, your followers are still complete strangers. Thanks for the video

Hello Nathan, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out to kindly ask for your advice on the best way to transition from the Tuck Planche to the Advanced Tuck Planche. At the moment, I can hold a Tuck Planche for over 20 seconds with clean form and perform more than 10 tuck push-ups. I’m 21 years old, 183 cm tall, and weigh 74 kg. Do you have any specific recommendations or exercises that could help me build the strength and technique needed to progress to the Advanced Tuck Planche? Thank you very much for your time and any advice you can provide. Best regards, one of your Fans 🙂❤
