i'm not sure if you ever did it on this channel but have you ever tried maxing your zanetti press hold with weights? books say that 70-80% of your bodyweight held on zanetti gets you full planche or anything really close to that. i'd be very happy to see you doing it since you are obviously super strong with planche!
