Hi bro i have a strecthing tip for you which my gymnastic coach told me. When you are on the bottom position try to push back yourself to the rest position while someone or something push your back down (the one who is pushing your back down should be strong or heavy cuz you can easly push him backwards) and hold the position around 10 seconds and then go to the bottom position again and you will see it is much easier. This shit is sooo effective.

Greetings. It’s good to find your channel from KZbin recommendations because it’s rare to find calisthenics channel that focus on gymnastics perspective. I wanted to know, how often you do dumbell work? Do you have specific day for dumbell work or just do it as finisher?

Hi man thanks for your comment I think dumbbells work is the last priority you need to have if you want to progress maybe one time a month or smth like that

Good morning, bro, one question, is it worth doing the front lever pull up using a little more assistance from the band, and decreasing the assistance when it feels light? And if this applies to the full planche/push ups?
@le_y2k4 күн бұрын
Not that I'm going to take all my effort with the band, but having assistance where I can complete the movement cleanly.
@nathanbosech4 күн бұрын
It depend on many factors what is your level what type of band do you use what is your goal and many others I can’t reply to this type of question, yes in some cases using band is good but in others it can lead to plateaus
@le_y2k4 күн бұрын
@@nathanbosechI understand, in this case you are trying to improve your strength and trying to make the movement clean, I will continue to strive for this, thanks for your attention, bro.
