I managed to do it on the second lesson. I always tried it while looking in the mirror and this was the problem. Then I turned and concentrated on my body, rather than on it's reflection and it suddenly worked out and also wasn't painful anymore, since I managed to bring my things away from the pole.

Dear Hannah, you could try the arm position out of a standing position first to get used to it (not up in the air). In my class, we always do a dry run first before we go up on the pole. I hope this helps. Feel free to send me a video on Instagram and I will have a look <3

I had not attempted the gargoyle in a very long time because I struggled so much to grab my top foot that it had built fear in me. Now I finally understand the mechanics thanks to you. It's still not very easy to do but I finally have my gargoyle back and it definitely restored my confidence in training this trick.

Mein Problem beim outside leg hang ist dass ich immer zu viel Luft zwischen der Pole und dem Knie habe was kann ich tun 😅

Dann solltest du auf keinen Fall rückwärts klettern üben, sondern erst einmal deinen Crucifix perfektionieren. Versuche, den Crucifix nah am Boden zu machen, damit du erst einmal in den Crucifix Handstand gehen kannst. Dann drückst du deine Beine gegen die Stange als müsstest du sehr dringend auf Klo und löst langsam deine Arme. Wenn sich das alles sicher anfühlt, kannst du Caterpillar üben.

Gestern haben wir in meinem Pole Dance das erste Mal Invert versucht. Alle bis auf mich haben es geschafft. Du hast es super erklärt und gezeigt und die Tipps werde ich in der nächsten Kursstunde sofort umsetzen, um auch bald den Invert zu schaffen 😊 danke für das Video
