This is our warm-up inspiration for you. You are always free to add, change, intensify or prolongue exercises. It's super important to get warm before working on the pole, silks, hoop, trapeze, ropes, etc., so please make sure to use this inspiration to create your own perfect warm-up. 0:05 Wiggle
0:19 Head up/down
0:35 Head/Arms left/right
0:50 Wrist circles up/down
1:05 Elbows bent, open arms
1:20 Torso left/right
1:37 Swing your arms left/right
1:52 Hip forth/back, speed up
2:22 Hip circles, both directions
2:56 Squat, one arm to the cealing, change arm, squat up
3:37 Standing straddle, hands front/back
3:58 Legswing left/right
4:14 Handwalk to one leg, back heel up, front toes up, both sides
5:57 Downward Dog, walking
5:07 Quadruped Stand, arch/round your back

5:57 Straddle on the floor, upper body swings left/right

7:02 Supine position, Legwiggle
