Thank you. Saw a new exercise I can incorporate in trying to show students what they need to do to get into a shoulder mount.

Question: can we reverse the way of the grip? I mean the hand of the shoulder up and the opposite hand down.? If no why? Thank you...
@Polestructions3 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can - I don't do it because I feel like choking myself when having the outside hand under my inside hand :-P The way I am teaching it is more comfortable I guess ;)))

Why should hips be closed? Thanks for your videos😘❤ Love the tutorials always

Otherwise you might come into a plank position which is quite hard to hold. It reduces kind of weight. :) Thank you for your sweet feedback.

Is the pole supposed to rub against your clavicle bone? I have not even gotten my hips up to be parallel with the floor yet and it kills that bone.
@Polestructions5 жыл бұрын
I know exactly what you mean. It is not comfortable and when your clavicle bone is kind of standing out, it hurts even more. You could try to protect the bone with a towel or plaster. You might get used to it in the future
