Hi... While I was trying to reproduce the Lab and got the same issues with Virtualbox kernel module but the fix you showed didn't worked for me... While my kernel version was already correct I kept receiving the sema error. A simple fix after searching is just to desactivate Secure Boot. All works perfect after that. Thanks for the video !

Took a lot of attempts and playing around but got it working. Couple things I did extra. 1) Had to increase RAM to 56 GB 2) Configured extra swap space 3) Used vagrant install rather than gem - (vagrant plugin install vagrant-reload vagrant-vbguest winrm winrm-fs winrm-elevated) 4) sudo usermod -aG vboxusers $USER 5) If it crashed I would retry it again or use the destroy lab flag and re-run. It finally managed to complete. Thanks Conda! Hope the lab works nicely :)

From Denmark, I also just tried to install KALI Linux, everything runs fine until it boots up, then it asks for a password and a username. ?? I don't know what that is supposed to be. And the KALI version I install doesn't come up with this menu when I try to reboot. But I don't know what the password is supposed to be, because it hasn't been asked to create a password. It just says "Your password is incorrect".

If you want to have the google MFA only for sudo commands and not for every login/lock edit the /etc/pam.d/sudo instead of /etc/pam.d/common-auth As advise, always, before you start, have a (temporary) backup plan to regain root access if this fails

9:20 There's a good habit to not edit sudoers manually. 1. Messing up the contents may result in users being unable to sudo anymore. 2. /etc/sudoers may be overwritten on next system update. To perform this in a safe way... 1. Use visudo 2. Specify a file within /etc/sudoers.d/ # visudo -f /etc/sudoers.d/domain-admin 3. Check the result with # visudo -c

How do you retrieve username pls?

Highlight text > Right-Click > Styles > Create a Style. That will be better than go through the Format Painter process over and over.
