As for the anti bird netting question. You’ll just need to hang the netting upside down.

Great pants for rough work. and should be warm in the winter, I would get suspenders with the button holes, I had the clamp kind and they kept un clamping. With Blue jeans I would sit on a lawn chair after rain and get a wet ass. I hate that. I like the knife pocket, I wear wrangler 13MWZ, and the watch pocket is large enough for a leatherman knife. I like that you showed your self working in them, and you got the oil on them also. How do you wash them, or you just don't? for that price they should last a life time ! great video !

The most failed video ever on KZbin with the most incompetent and inept individual to do any DIY... The best video ever demonstrating HOW TO NEVER TRY TO DO something similar to installing an earth electrode or grounding rod !!! Oooohhhh My God... I don't even know how the black chicken didn't die...

I never found a way to see how that knob attached to the vent. However, It requires heat to build up and flow up the chimney in order for it to start allowing the air to flow thru the stove. Once it gets going, you will see the smoke on the other side of the glass start flowing down in front of it. The fire has to be going pretty good before you sit the door.

I know that I am 5 years to late, but I would have just flipped the bolt around so the nut was on the other side or if that didn't work I would have marked it, take it off to avoid screwing up the nut from the heat. Oh well, my dad said one time to me "Its cheaper for a reason" that is not always true! Yet it seem to be the rule not the exception.

How are these holding up after 4 years? Have you had to replace? Also any rusting?
@skywaterhaven
@skywaterhaven 11 ай бұрын
Yes after 4 years they are still doing great, faded yes, no holes in canopy. No rust and were in the Pacific Northwest were nothing drys out after October. I'm sure I can get replacement canvas, when these start to go. I'm still shocked th price is still under $200. I've had the wind come along and blow these awning up and backwards over the roof, they just popped back down and all was good. Make sure you bolt these to studs in your walls, because the wind will rip them right out if you don't. One of the best items that I have added to my house with our small budgets.

I used a T post driver and a 8 ft. step ladder till I got down to about 3 ft. My soil was very moist at the time. I am going to try a 1 X 6 inch pipe nipple and cap to pound it further. A 2 in. pipe and well driver cap s probably best though.

@20:19 It appears the range of motion is about 10 or 15˚ less than a dedicated back hoe, but it should still dig adequately.
@briangc1972
@briangc1972 Жыл бұрын
@4:58 the complaints about the upper lip are not uncommon with the imports. It is not uncommon to have to grind off excess material. @5:48 That is a non issue. The frame of the hoe does not require the SSQA plate to provide support there. @6:01 Just grind the slot a little larger for the pin to fit. That is a very common "adjustment" on import implements. The real question is "how well does it dig?" keeping in mind that it is not a dedicated back hoe and is not designed to remove 2 ton boulders...... For a plumber or contractor that does a little underground work, needs an occasional trench dug, it appears this is a great low cost option vs renting a machine that digs a 20" trench and requires a 16' x 26' work area or buying an mini excavator that is ten or twenty times the price.

Have you heard about the hammer drill? It is made for pounding rods or other items into the ground. It will save your back and arms from feeling pain the next day. By the way, you are not suppose to cut the grounding rods, that is a code violation and it is a no no. You can use a sledge hammer and anything else when pounding a ground rod all the way down into the ground. When lightening hits (if it ever does) your house the grounding rods will be able to handle the load all the way down into the ground.

How are these pants working for you now a few years down the road? Their wax doesn’t go a long way. I bought a Filson jacket and 2 cans of wax. It barley did anything to it. I bought some otter fabric wax and waiting to put it on there.
