I find this to be the best video by DID. I always thought Gary Ridgeway was boring… until watching this video

DiD, can you do episodes on Jim Jones and Jones town?

"schone zeitiung" is much better translated as 'beautiful times ', which is much more disturbing

Everything about Rillington place is sad. Its easy to judge when you have a good life but Christie like so many others seem to have had values instilled in them by theire home environment. Its almost impossible to believe that you can be mentatally twisted that right and wrong dont seem to register. They existed in the past, thdy existed in the present and will continue to exist in the future.

I’m afraid you’ve repeated a common mistake. “A gap has been left where number 10 once stood" is incorrect. The modern road layout does not align with where Rillington Place was. That gap is where the street was, and the building at the rear of the garden is where number 10 stood. "The houses of Rillington Place were demolished soon after…” is also incorrect. The houses stood for almost 18 more years. The street was demolished in early 1971, immediately after location shooting stopped on the film ’10 Rillington Place’ starring Richard Attenborough.

Have seen a few videos on this waste of space. This being one of the better ones. There was some geordie conspiracy nutjob had some right theories on this case. Cant remember his name though.
@DiD865 күн бұрын
You’ll always get them on every case. I’ve had them especially on the Yorkshire Ripper vid. Some mention that they reckon Jimmy Savile was involved but there’s literally no supporting evidence other than conjecture and coincidence.

Thank you for uploading this fascinating case. What makes it so terrifying is how ORDINARY Christie was. We imagine 'monsters' to look demonic, but the fact that Christie was so average and non-descript makes us realise that evil comes in many forms. Christie's childhood was terrible.......he was beaten regularly by his sadistic and brutal father, and whilst I am NOT making excuses for what Christie did......I don't think that we can ignore the fact that there is a definite link between childhood abuse and future criminal activity. If we can dare to hope for a world where every child is loved and treated with kindness, I believe that we would see far less of such terrible crimes. I am not saying that every child that suffers abuse will become a maniacal serial killer, but if we look at other examples of this type of thing, such as Fred and Rose West, both of whom had to endure sexual and physical abuse in their childhoods, then it becomes apparent that for SOME children, an abusive childhood leads to horrific crimes in adulthood.

However you think about it. It’s absolutely crazy that they could even make a rocket / missile in the 40’s that worked as it did.

Yeah, the 40s really were the cutting edge of what was possible. But then war has always proven a rich ground for invention.

What is strange to me is Clan Chattan should have known this was swampy ground, it was their land! Yet they ran into the marshy centre and then veered into the clan to right causing mayhem.

The american democratic party showed the homocidle nazi how to slaughter minorites in the millions through the Eugenics abortion program of the late 1930's. The democratic party would change the name Eugenics to Planned Parenthood in the 1970's.
