I loved your food videos. I learned so much from both of you. I know have 5 gallons of continuous brew kombucha using your brothers .pdf setup. Thank you for improving my life in big positive ways and you don't even know me. I am glad you found peace and purpose to live. It was obvious you were not happy. Be well sir.

I've read Jed McKenna in 2013 and after many years I believe he is/was in a deep depression or has not integrated his experience fully enough. I've had awakening in 2009.

Thank you for letting people know that bread baking isn't scary. I don't make sourdough anymore, but otherwise my process is similar to yours. The dough gets better the longer it stays in the fridge. It can be shaped and cooked in different ways. And no artificial preservatives.

From California Your work in fighting scams is invaluable. I was scammed twice last year, totaling losses over $120,000. It was a lengthy process involving federal intervention to get her money back. Thank you for recovery back my $51,000 Usdt. We need more people like *Quick Rico Tech* on the web taking a stand against these criminals. Much love and support.

*Skillfulrecoverytech* , this is SO GOOD!!! I have such disdain for people who lack empathy for hardworking individuals. I LOVE what you said-there’s no room for hate, but that doesn’t mean you have to like them either. I am SO GLAD you showed up just in time to return the funds to their account. This is why I watch your videos, and I couldn’t admire what you do more. Thank you for protecting innocent people. Thank you for reporting criminals. Thank you for doing what all of us would do if we could. Keep fighting! Much love!!!

Jed is terrible! The whole thing is a marketing gimmick. He's the guy who wrote stuff anonymously, and says dumb ignorant things, and gets away with it because he has made himself totally unavailable to ANY interactions whatsoever. He accuses enlightenment of being agrandized, but he does it as much as anyone... and agrandises himself more than any other spiritual person I've read. Maybe by his own standards, he is less grandiose than whoever he is comparing himself to, with his own limited understanding. The guy is a jerk, honestly. Not because he is blunt, because he tries so hard to make himself sound different, and he isn't. He is the worst of them. He suggests there is no path, but also that you veer from traditional paths... if you want to be on the "actual " path. Oh, and his name is likely Peder Sweeney. At least one of the people involved in the book. There were probably more than one person involved in the books. Writings in the style of one person, possibly Sweeney, may have been commissioned to write the jed character by some other jerk. Please do not bother pointing out that, "i'm making it about jed". I dont care. I don't follow his damn teachings, or lack, I don't care what he says about the fckin moon. The guy has amplified a lot of problems in people, just so he can write a snarky book and lord over his own audience. If his advice is to not pay attention to him, do it. Don't read his books. He just abuses his audience. The sad thing is that a lot of people are seeking away from traditional teachings, but rather than give a legitimate one, he takes you for his own kind of ride to nowhere. Rather than provide teachings, he makes a point to tell elaborate stories of himself and his worldview. He says don't make it about him, but gives no indication that he is sincere in actually delivering that message. It's almost like a dealer who tells you that you're weak fir wanting their product.... but tye same person puts the product right in front of you to take. He is not a sincere teacher. There is his words, and the way he acts. NOT consistent.

For me, as a guy, I always wear my long hair in a ponytail and if I don't I actually feel awkward and self conscious. We're all different. Wearing a typical male hairstyle would actually make me feel weird because I've been sporting long hair most of my life. Wearing a wig with short hair would give me an idea how odd it would be for me. I'm slowly shifting into female clothes and the tops feel so much more comfortable.

This book is the one my late father used to read to me when he was still alive. It really marked the most important first step for me. A lot of people miss the point. They think the author hadn't fully awakened yet, or they obsess over taking this so-called first step, or they just want to know how to dissolve the self. None of it is real-that part is true. But when you put too much emphasis on that, or pretend you don't care at all, you've missed the point. First off, there's no need to prove you've reached some state. Any kind of spiritual awakening or realization is just another amusement ride. Understanding "I'm not real" is actually something you can grasp pretty easily, even early on in the journey. The so-called "self" is like watching a 4D movie-those vibrating seats give you the illusion that you're right in the action, that you're the main character. But once you realize the shaking seat is just part of the mechanism, you're out of Plato's first cave. From that moment, you truly start exploring this world-your world. That's the real first step, if you really need some kind of spiritual "milestone" to hang on to like a badge. All the self-analysis that follows revolves around this cycle: "my thoughts (like projections on a screen) → my emotional reactions (like the vibrating chair) → recognizing these illusions → dissolving them → realizing it's just another filter of thoughts at work → smiling at it, and moving on." If I were to write a book, and it only had a few lines, it would say this: "Go play with one of those phone apps that turns a man into a woman or distorts your facial features. All your thoughts are just like that app. They put a filter over reality, and you see things like a wide-open mouth that makes you laugh, or droopy eyebrows that make you sad. These feelings trick you into thinking it's 'real.' But there is no 'real.' When you remove a filter, you see your true face for just a moment, and that's all there is to it. What you think of as 'reality' is no different from the feeling of eating a hot pepper. Enlightenment is just the process of repeatedly, patiently removing these filters that your subconscious keeps putting up-until you finally don't even bother picking them up anymore. That's when you've made it. People picking up their phones without even thinking about it is no different from people instinctively picking up the filter of the self to look at the world. Enlightenment? It's not really a thing.“

This is what I heard: "nanana blablablá and then nanana blablablá and then where Jed was so-called wrooooong nanana and if you have a partner with whome you can share blabla but if you read it for the first time." Be Precise, short, accurate, simple as truth.

I completely agree with you when you say "food is a practice and meditation." I worked in fine dining for many years and as much as I loved the cooking and high energy level, it was the prep work that gave me such a calming, peaceful feeling. I may only have been chopping vegetables or creating sauces but it was as though I was putting part of myself into it. So fulfilling. Even now, I use cooking more to relax and find self-enjoyment than I do anything else.

Thank you for sharing this video, I'm 19 and a college student. I got scammed a few days ago, they took my money and also took a loan from my bank and since it happened, I have been crying myself to sleep cause I feel like a failure and an idiot for letting such a thing happen. Plus my dad is giving me a hard time about the whole issue and calling me stupid. It's been kinda tough, trying my best not to put too much blame on myself but I close my eyes and the scene of how it happened keeps playing over and over in my head . Currently trying to settle out the loan with the bank cause I have no way to pay it. But thank you for sharing your video, it means a lot ❤.
