I thought everyone could add a link, but i only have the mosaic plan, so i am not 100% sure. For me, its right above description. Its a little chain link type icon. There is also some other format options like making text bold.

Did this happen to you or are you hypothetically asking? If this happened to you, please email [email protected] and tell them the details and they will assist. And of course whenever you buy anything online, there are risks and you can tell your credit card company to chargeback the payment.

Did you get your approval yet? When you sign up to be a seller, you are applying to be a seller and have to wait to be approved. Then you get an approval email with instructions.

I found it on Chrome! Everyone says go imagine is as intuitive as Etsy. NOT true! But I searched how to upload my json file, and the go Imagine route on the site popped up. Frustrating as hell! 😡

I am not completely sure what you are asking and it seems like mutiple questions. I recommend visiting goimagine.com/membership/ or any of the links in the description of my videos. The best place to ask multiple questions is the official goimagine facebook group. Have you joined that group? Or have you downloaded the makerscircle app?

Welcome to Goimagine! There are 2 payment processors. Stripe is required, and paypal is an additional option. So, it will depend on which one your customer paid through. Stripe holds your 1st payment for 7 days. After that, payments are direct deposited into your bank account within 48 hours.

Hi, Im just setting up my account and when I try to load any photo i get this error. One or more images contain inappropriate content! and theres not inappropriate about any of them Ive tried different pics and its the same. Any Ideas? thanks

There is a link bsck to the legacy dashboard from the new one. Its under the little emblem that looks like a person, top right corner, then it says legacy dashboard. Or go to goimagine.com/vendor.php

I am a seller on MakerPlace currently the and agree with trying to post items when there are very few categories but the use of #'s are allowed when posting your items description. I had just seave searched recently and did see digital papers listed under #stationary.

I have a big light box and it takes more time to set it up than it does to take the photos. I use the gray and white backdrops most of the time.

Hi Randi Happy New Year and thanks for this video. I also have a light box that I really love. I tend to use the white and gray backgrounds the most. My products are hats and blankets, so I needed a larger one and a 16x16 did the trick. Looking forward to the rest of your photography series.

I had Etsy for a year and a half and was making a lot of sales. Next thing I know my shop was shut down. I reread over etsy's policies to make sure I wasn't breaking any rules. I decided not to continue Etsy and opened a shop with Go Imagine.

I have a question that i cant seem to find the answer to on the help center of the goimagine website, do you know the limit to the max file size of a digital download that i can send to the customers? A Multi page pdf etc. I know etsy is max 20mb. But goimagine doesent say what it is.

Hello! I did not know the answer but i emailed [email protected] and less than 15 minutes later they replied! They are so awesome & helpful. Here is part of the reply. "The maximum size is also currently 20mb on our platform as well. There are ways to work around this, by offering customers larger downloads off platform if that is possible. Such as through drop."

How does one create a promotion that shows up on the page and at checkout? I filled it out but no discount shows on page and codes in drop down that were automatically there do not work. Can not find a place in beta to make my own code other than percentage off.

However, no problems when using my computer. I am submitting a bug notification to goimagine about not being able to do using my phone.

I finally made it through basic set up. I can not figure out how to download the images of my rings. I do have hundreds on my phone and a few on my computer. But it gives me only 2 options on adding pics. A URL or ? none opens files on my computer. Help please

I use my phone 99% of the time. The only problem I ever have with photos is if the photo is too large of a file size.do you know how many MB your photos are? This may be more complicated, and make sure you ask in the Facebook groups.

Hi there, To preview your entire shop, you have to go there as a shopper would so "shopname.goimagine.com" or your custom domain name if you have one. You can preview individual lustings another way, but you must just visit your shop as a shopper would to see what the whole shop looks like. There is not a way to change listing order besides the featured listings. You can add featured products and it does allow you to put those in any order you want. You should do 6, 12, 18, or 24 featured listings.
