People open these shops and expect the platform to bring them a lot of sales without them having to do any work. They dont understand that it takes work.

Hi! Thanks for the great videos! I have a question that i cant seem to find the answer to on the help center of the goimagine website, do you know the limit to the max file size of a digital download that i can send to the customers? A Multi page pdf etc. I know etsy is max 20mb. But goimagine doesent say what it is.

Hello! I did not know the answer but i emailed [e-mail] and less than 15 minutes later they replied! They are so awesome & helpful. Here is part of the reply. "The maximum size is also currently 20mb on our platform as well. There are ways to work around this, by offering customers larger downloads off platform if that is possible. Such as through drop."
