I understand the need to use the meat but I don't think I could eat an animal I loved :( I am glad you were able to do that and respect your rabbit friend! ❤❤

I hear you on this Momma - I'm right there with you. Quick question - do you happen to have a roast beef crockpot recipe that only uses all natural ingredients and no "packets" involved? I need to be able to make it with all natural and organic ingredients so if I can find a recipe for that, then I can figure out the organic side of it from there. Also looking for other crockpot recipes that include all natural ingredients as well - no packets. Mostly looking for Roast Beef, White Chicken Chili, Cajun Chicken Pasta, Soups..., etc. - the main popular ones shall we say. Or at least, the popular southern style dishes. HA!)

I love pot pie but my husband isn’t a big fan of them so I can only make them once or twice a year sadly. We have some major changes happening this coming year so I am tightening up my grocery budget and just our overall spending to help it all happen easier for us. Less kitchen waste has been our first step and I have been doing that since October.

What they do in DC will absolutely affect anybody who gets Medicaid, SNAP or WIC benefits, or heating assistance, or assistance for special needs children, etc. Good luck to all!

I get depressed a lot and I am a christian and today was a bad day for me. Thank you for sharing this encouraging video. I am poor too and it's hard but humbling and I try to not compare myself to the Joneses even though I was raised rich as a child.

Get into an orthomolecular practitioner and have them do a full blood panel - I'd be willing to be your Vitamin B levels are deficient. Possibly vitamin D3/K2 too.

@@southerngirlsociety Hi, my last lab work showed everything was normal, plus I try to eat whole foods made from scratch and I exercise regularly. The main reason I get depressed often is because I was raised in a cult for 30 years and left everything I knew at the age of 30, this happened 14 years ago. I have no relationship with my parents, siblings, and extended family due to them being destructive besides being in a cult!

There was assistance back then according to my grandmother. Wasn’t much. Beans, rice, flour , lard and lentils. Tiny bags to last a month. Plus you were only only allowed so many vouchers per certain items back then.

i dont understand why you keep having babies when you are not financially stable and emotionally healthy to cope with the stress and costs of having these responsibilities. With every baby born into this world comes a lot of responsibility. They did not ask to be born so they deserve a good happy healthy life from parents who plan and prepare and make sure they are physically healthy and financially stable. If you cannot afford to take great care of yourself how can you take care of a child? It’s not fair to any child to be born because their o parents dont care about their future.

Family planning helps. We need to stop making babies because if we cannot afford to because these little human beings deserve to be healthy, not skinny, sickly and stressed out because parents cannot afford to provide 3 healthy meals a day, healthcare and necessary items.

Chantarelles, boletes and milk caps are good ones, my family went to pick them in our near forests and I was a kid and I do that now as a adult. In Europe it’s common. It’s free food and nutricious.

I am glad you're all well; I was worried after the hurricane. It was hard not to feel tension during elections, however, when I looked to God, as He commanded, I knew whoever got in would overall be His will. God bless you and your family.Always love these wholesome vids.

The immersion blenders don’t scratch the bottoms of the pans? If not that’s great. I was afraid of that so haven’t used one.

Nice to see you back. I may be imagining things, but I feel like I saw a very brief (as in time posted) video saying 'Meet the new baby'. When I went back to view it soon after, it was gone. In any case, I assume baby #5 is here and healthy. Congrats! I agree with what you said - food prices are hurting families, especially those on a very tight budget, and when we are stressed, we can control how we react to it. Sometimes easier said than done, but very true.
