I'm pretty sure it might be the G04 "Three Note Oddity" Numbers Station, however the voice seems to be different. Probably just some audio effects.

@@cleptodeath7374 You're close, it was identified to more closely match with the Swedish Rhapsody number station. The station itself seems to have modified the voice of the Sprach-Morse-Generator used commonly for these number stations.

@@sami.salami it is, I'm not sure about them being from sad satan, but maybe they used the same audio clips. its 3 note oddity from GO4 (the name of the number station) (I'm almost 100% sure)

Yeah that audio track comes up in Signalis as well as in Omori. The origin seems to be the "Swedish Rhapsody".
