Stock turbo and 200hp injectors... Am I missing something here? A good set of 200s would spool a 64mm turbo.

That's a good write up, but you don't have to take nearly that much off, lines can stay on if you loosen all the holders they have enough movement to slide them over without bending them and you don't have to take those rocker arms off either you just take that front injector hold down bolt off since the back one is a slide. Also you don't need those pullers, plastic pliers easily remove the crossover tubes and a 10mm bolt threads into the top of the injector and pull it with pliers

can u explain the diffrence between 100hp injectors to the 200hp ones? what they do to them etc? watched and learn alot from u to build up my diesel but wondering what i can do to my injectors?

just a question what is the benefit of the modified fuel tubes do the make that much of a differance

Modifying the feed tube ensures you get enough fuel to your injector as the fuel cools and lubes the nozzle if you make bigger holes in the tip you take more fuel from the body, when you do that it slows down the refill time of the body and can cause you to lean out your fuel and burn up your engine. drilling the feed tube allows more fuel to the injector making the refill time shorter.

Do the injectors add 100/200 over the stock setup, or is that just the designation they are given?

The 100 hp injectors add approx. 100hp over stock and the same with the 200 hp add approx. 200 hp over every truck is different so results will very and also the extra's you have will change you performance like exhaust, intake, turbo, charge air cooler, lift pump and controllers.

with out a problem i have seen a stock long block hold 850 hp for 3 years now with no problems.

On the common rail injectors they are about the same price just 2 less injectors price ranges from 255 to 365 each plus core now the mechanical injectors are much less like under $1000 or less a set depending on what you want

48383 is the part # that Victor Reinz has for the 12 valve. Any parts place that carries the victor gaskets can order it for you. I know some of the Car Quest has them.

That number came up seal I need the metal sleeve to cover the groove so it will stop leaking Leaking

200hp injectors and not even an intake?

It would be pointless to upgrade the intake at this time. I got to get a fuel pump that can handle the injectors and then I will deal with the intake.
