01 Overview of the Caffe Assist® technology

This video will introduct you to the “Caffe Assist®” technology, an automated process for stretching all milk and alternative milks for coffee drinks in precisely the same way as an experienced barista, only using steam; the milk is frothed/stretched using a standard jug, where the milk profile and temperature are constantly monitored for the entire process of heating and frothing. In addition, the “Caffe Assist®” is automatically self-cleaning, every single cycle, obviating the need to ever clean the steam wand manually and reducing cross contamination
