Sir I’m just watching your video right now but I had that idea in 2016 when I came to China . In China its compulsory for a fresh undergraduate student to attend the army training.It could make the society mentally,physically, educationally, technically and skillfully strengthen . And about the budget there are lot of ways to create budget for it though that is a long debate. But 100% agree with you.

A true concept that everyone should Act for Pakistan. There was a time when NCC was part of the study while in year 11 and 12. However, such passion is not anymore. Ashir, all such great concepts, if you had a chance to visit P & D of education departments, you must be knowing it, have been presented but no one like to adopt any such model. There was a program called Yei by iNoiva with Federal government. We asked for five years just in the Islamabad and it took us two years to reach to the DDWP level. May ALLAH bless you. Aameen.

100% agree Sir, this is what I am thinking for some days. I live in South Korea and here each and every Korean male must attend the Military service for two or three years from the age of around 20. And you know that South Korea is a very advanced country. In Pakistan after metric or before university Some military training must be given to the citizens. Great idea

Thanks for such a wonderful idea, I have a suggestion that after completion of three years course , skills of those young people can be utilised in their respective fields by establishing the industries under the control and expense of government. Because most of them can get fail in their real life because of lack of investments, sources....so their talent and skill far better can be utilised by adjusting them with the help of government. That is my point of view.

Hi Ashir ,Kudos for making this video as you are among the very few that think there is a big problem with how Pakistan is at the moment , let alone think about the issue resolution. You solution is , in my opinion , kind of wishful and partly authoritarian which I understand given your background. Nonetheless , I appreciate it. The takeaway , which I agree , from your video is there need to be a structured , well organized , same for everybody curriculum or narrative or education or training that every member of the society , every citizen goes through to understand the very basics of who they are , what is there place in the society and how they should function in there roles. This should give them the minimum understanding of everything around them. The part which I do not agree is the role of Military to be the executioner , trainer or teachers of this system. And two years of time is not enough to re-train them by replacing their past 18 years of experiences and struggles and indoctrinating them in what every way. Why create a parallel system of parting knowledge when schools , colleges and universities are already there. Why re-register them with military when Bureau of Statistics Sensus , NADRA , Union Councils and Election commission , etc are already registering them at the time of through birth certificates , Domiciles , PRC , Passport , NIC and at different stages of there lives. In my opinion , schools are the best place to do it. From grade 1 to grade 12 , everyone citizen of Pakistan needs to be enrolled in a government registered , private or government run school , learning pre-approved curriculum , same for everyone , from Gilgit baltistan to Sindh. These schools must have 8 to 10 "must have" subjects for science (applied , social , behavioral , Sex -Ed etc ), Math , English , Urdu , Arts , physical training , history , religious tolerance and harmony , home economics after which the school can have additional subjects like vocational training or religious education , music , regional language etc.These school must have teachers certified with degrees and a proper attestation system to make sure they know what are teaching. This will make you citizens well rounded , well versed in running their own daily affairs and some what critical thinkers. This will also diminish the roles for fake religious clerics with their Madrassahs brain washing the poorest of the kids and elitist schools white washing the rick kids.
