02 Honda Crv VTEC Solenoid Failure P1259 Code

1st mechanic replaced the gasket on my Honda CR-V 02 and deleted P1259 it's slowed the leak but did not work. A 2nd professional mechanic replaced the whole silenoid but it's still throwing the code P1259. Very frustrating, got any ideas amigo?

check ur wire connection maybe its broken inside
