Sir, I can’t thank you enough. I’m watching your video to help calm my anxiety level of taking chemistry within 2 weeks with a professor who has a really bad teaching rating but he’s my only option. I avoided doing nursing even though it was going to help me with my career and achieved a business degree instead. I decided to go back and do nursing before my pre requisites expire and only thing is chemistry to get into nursing program. This is my 2nd video watching of yours and I will pass on your info to my sister doing pre med. if you by any chance offer organic chemistry and other advanced pre med videos, we would be willing to pay for them to aid my sister in maintaining her high grades. long story short - Thank you for posting these videos, they are the best and theres no way I'd be able to learn any of this without them! I've been watching so many videos lately trying to learn as much as I can for the GED test (and other reasons) and I'm horrible at studying/listening but these videos are really great because I can spend hours being distracted but also learning. I watch the videos and listen (as best I can) then watch the video again (and catch some things I missed the first time and go over what I did hear the first time) then I watch it again and take notes, then just keep watching till I fell like I've remembered a good amount and finally test myself by pausing the video and seeing if I can get ~insert subject - in this case prefixes etc.~ (posted the process for anyone else who might be having trouble and not thought of this)

This is the best video I have come across by far and it is so helpful for everyone. Thank you! Something that I do when it comes to scientific notation is i quickly calculate how many digits there should be instead of putting my finger and counting the spaces to figure out where to put the decimal. it just saves me time and effort. it is the exponent -1 = the amount of digits after the decimal. so 3.12x10 with an exponent of -5 should have 4 digits (because 5-1=4) after the decimal. Just write 0. then write down 4 zeros, then the number (312) = 0.0000312. It also works when converting it back to a normal number. like the example he used was 5.4 x 10 to the power of 6 (6-1=5). so just write 54 and then add 5 zeros at the end. 5400000. I'm not sure if there are exceptions but that always seems to work for me.

80 Slim Shady's I’m not really sure. I guess the method our teacher gave us is better. It took me a while to understand the method but i got the hang of it. I’ve completed my math class last month and i’l be going to the advanced mathematics soon.

If I had a chemistry teacher ilike you in the primary school, I would have loved this science. You have incredible teaching skills that one don¨t see often. 👩‍🎓My teacher used to be very lazy. In order to get rid of us she used to tell us to open the book and read the lesson. We did that but no one understood something. 😵‍💫

Super helpful. Really thought i wouldn't be able to grasp this since i'm so bad at maths but i'm baffled to find i actually learned something. I'll admit and say i wasn't very good at the Metric System due to my lacking knowledge of how to divide larger numbers but everything else was understood crystal clear. Thanks.
