05 - Biography of Imam Hassan Ibn Ali - Sayed Ammar Nakshawani

The Imam after the Commander of the faithful, peace be on him, was his son al-Hasan, the son of the mistress of the women of the worlds, Fatima, daughter of Muhammad, the Lord of messengers.
Al-Hasan b. Ali, peace be on him, was the testamentary trustee (wasi) of the Commander of the faithful, peace be on him, over his family, his children and his followers. He bequeathed him to look after his position and (the position of) his taxes (sadaqat) and he wrote him a covenant (of succession) which is well-known.
His testamentary trusteeship is obvious in terms of the outlines of religion, the essential characteristic of wisdom and good-breeding.
A great number of scholars have reported this trusteeship and many of the men of understanding have realized the truth of this through his (attitude to) the world.

@Mustafa Ali Nazari yes. I bcm shia about three months i can say, i everyday listen his lecture from past till now. My note book is full already within few months. And i start downliad books of shia. Like nagjil balagha. Like sermon of zainul abidin and lady zainab SW, more i study more i feel thirsty for the knowledge, wallah i cant discribe my feeling now. I was 30 years in ignorant. Alhamdulillah. Im very happy now.

@TNS iKyleV only a minority of Shias do that I believe. Do you know the reason? The reason is that it's unfair for Hussain and his family (a.s.) to have suffered so much while we don't have to spill any blood. As much as we suffer we will never suffer like Imam Hussain (a.s.)

The case of Al Hassan of 15/9/3-2/50 is the case of a character spoken of very well by the narrators of each sect of Islam, but not all jurisprudence. The case of Al Hassan, Al Hassayn, Fatimah Azzahra, and Ali Ibn Abi Talib is that all sects of Islam narrate that their enemies and who even risked angering them by speaking ill of them were as those who did likewise with Prophet Muhammad. The case with Fatima was that of the woman who may have narrated the most about Prophet Muhammad and the best of examples a mother could give to a son. The case of Al Hassan Ibn Ali was that of the separation of political and spiritual leadership; when the people would not support the continuance of Khulafat Arrashiduwn or The Rightly Guided Sucession that Muslim and other narrators shared information proving he would be included under both sets of consideration. The narrations about the one taking up the rope, it breaking and being taken up by two implies that the decades of Rightly Guided Successors could mean Ali, Hassan, and Hussein. It is good to know true Shia do not believe even the Imami were allowed to exceed the laws of marriage in Islam and the worst rumours can be disproved by the books.

Not correct w.r.t. the reference to Imam Hasan being not counted as amongst the rightly guided caliphs brother. I believe our Sunni brothers have a consensus that Imam Hasan was the fifth and the final rightly guided caliph.

My hudband of 20 days is divorcing me saying that man can marry 100000 times like imam hassan but 4 at a time. This is his 4th marrage. 1st he divorced after 7 years and keep going back to her after divorcing her saying that he cant forget her. Second was thr for 2 months he divorced her saying that when he spoke to her 1st time she had this accent and after they got married that fake accent was gone and she couldnt communicate properly. Third he divorced in 3 days saying that when she removed make up she was looking v old. Now he chats with his 1st wife and when i questioned him y he is chatting with her he said non of your business sand said i didnt trusted him and blah blah

You say that and add "R." after Muawiya's name? Allah's curse be upon Muawiya and Yazid! And you should listen to his lectures more carefully next time, otherwise you would not state that. This man has a PhD in Islamic history and probably knows more than any of the Sunni scholars.
