Such a glitchy and counterintuitive system. When I edit the navigation group it changes to a vertical stack of page links. I can't fix it. And then the changes will not save. To fix that you will need to turn off wrap to next line. But I totally agree with you saying that I don't know why Wordpress adds it's own styling without the ability to edit it easily. The blocks that cause most of the problems are Wordpress default blocks.

So, most of this can be done in WordPress Core, right? What is the advantage of using Spectra One?

Yes mos of them can be done using core. But Spectra one has some additional features, it makes it easy like it has a lot of templates, Lots of header, footer, patterns etc and also some additional features
