Video Summary:
Juxtaglomerular apparatus is collection of following groups of cells.
- Macula densa cells
- Granular cells
- Extraglomerular mesangial cells
Understanding arrangement of these cells will help you understand some of the very interesting concepts of renal physiology like how tubuloglomerular feedback mechanism works and how decreased body sodium level causes renin release, an effect mediated by macula densa cells.

Yes I am working on my speech. Especially I am trying to be a bit slower. However some speed is deliberate so that you don't get bored if you frequently revise. If you can point out specific issue it will be helpful.
