I don't understand question 3. Wouldn't vasoconstriction increase blood pressure and blood perfusion and thus increase filtration rate and osmolality?

I was thinking same It should have vasodilation isn’t it??? Can anyone explain this???

it's vasodilation

The correct answer is vasoconstriction. If the afferent arterioles constructs this limits blood flow to the glomerulus which in turn decreases filtration and decrease osmolarity. Blood flows due to a pressure gradient, so if you decrease that gradient (by increasing peripheral resistance or blood pressure) then there will be a decrease in flow. Hope that helps!
