Jackson pushed himself in many rehearsal both vocally and dance wise. I'd love for other days of rehearsals from the bad tour. Theres hundreds upon hundreds hours of unleaked footage. This is the greatest live vocal smooth criminal we've ever heard

@@Jayden-sh2jt he didn't usually put that much effort into dancing for rehearsals, that's why he could sing better (like in the Dangerous Tour rehearsals) plus he didn't have to perform songs back to back. during actual performances he'd give it his all in dancing and was also tired, so he probably couldn't maintain the same level of vocals even though they were already pretty good.

@@mrpussinboots4252 well yeah, he obviously had to go full out during rehearsals at some point, what i'm saying is there are moments where he doesn't put that much effort into dancing. there's a lot of footage of him just calmly walking around observing the dancers and all that. it's way easier for him to sing better in that sort of setting, plus no audience.

Excellent rehearsal and nice to hear it fully live ( although the backing vocals are from the actual record) , although we did hear it in Dangerous rehearsals too. He did initially sing this live at the start of the tour but it would have been too hard to keep up for long 100 percent. Also i can't help but notice how different his voice changed compared to the 87 legs just a few months previously. He sounds more tired and less clear in the 88 concerts compared. Although in the slower songs he sounds still incredible . I would love to hear some Victory tour rehearsals they would be outstanding especially as he was probably at his peak vocally in 84

MJ voice changed drastically from the first leg to the other legs. Even his voice in Brisbane sounded significantly harsher than his vocals from Japan. This tour took a major toll on his voice and imo his voice never quite recovered after this tour.
