i faced a weight issue affecting my intimacy. it was tough. then, found support in aspect health. their plan brought positive changes, not just weight loss. now, feeling healthier, happier, and closer with my spouse. a helpful companion on my journey.

RIP Dr. McDougall 😢❤ How your teachings influenced my healthy vegan lifestyle 🥗 🌱 🥑 I am devastated, along with all who knew Dr. McDougall, that he died so young. All that said, he did so much with his one blessed life. He’ll be missed ❤

dont breath in the mic specialy with B P T S it pop air in mic (use a foam, a filter screen, or just in diagonal so the air from mouth dont push in the mic) intro is good exemple of poping

In hindsight, I think it likely he has cancer. These last lot of interviews he does are far more reflective, he talks more about what he wanted to achieve and what he wants to be remembered for.
