Why green and "yellow" vegetables rather than green and red? Red bell peppers have the most vitamin c iirc compared to yellow/green and tomatoes, another red food has lycopene in it. What is any good about yellow? Also you can find stone milled whole wheat flour that is less processed compared to this modern flour and that's probably fine I imagine but I do stick to eating grains in their whole form such as Farro, steel cut oats, and Barley and eat them just as I would a bowl of rice, easy form of incredibly healthy starch.
