I am Matt Story, the first member of the public that spoke (34:35) at this meeting last night. I would like to thank the council for listening to my point of view and thank those in attendance for the general approval of my comments. I aim to further research this amendment and act against the issue going forward. I have a couple questions that would assist me gathering information. Please help if you can and are so inclined. Who are the primary promoters of this flawed amendment? A couple council members must have nominated and seconded the motion to place the issue on agenda. Whom? Anyone from the administration? What is the motivation behind the amendment? Thank you for caring.
