An email is an electronic document that can always be searched for and should remain accessible, unless the address owner deletes it. Anything can happen to a paper invoice. If the trustees requested the information to be emailed, what's the problem? OMG I hear more about the damn grass in the township and the village of Dalton. How much more rain do y’all get that your grass grows anymore than any other community and yet 90% of our communities are responsible for their own damn grass. I don’t know very many other areas other than retirement communities that are specifically set up for retirees to move into so that the lawn care and everything is taken care of That Home Depot who come in get paid by the city to mow your damn grass. I hear more about grass care and trees in Dalton and the villi are the township of Thorton then any other community I know of. This sounds absolutely Flippin ridiculous. I am all for a program where youth go and help elderly people take care of the yard. I really truly M. Especially as a person who has physical ailments that make it difficult for me to physically take care of the lawn however, if I can’t take care of my own lawn, I’m living somewhere where someone else Hass to take care of it. It is why I chose to live in an apartment complex that is responsible for snow removal for mowing the lawn for making sure that the lawn is watered because I physically am not able to do that every day. And I certainly would not expect my community to do that for my own home, if I were to own an actual physical standing individual home. To me that is extremely not a service that a city should be paying for if they’re already in debt and barely keeping their head above the water. If you’re flush with cash and you have a Lotta extra money great if you can do that, or you have a youth program, volunteering their time to do that to help people more power to it. But the way that we do it here is that we have used that set up things with individual homeowners that are elderly and they have a very reduced rate that they get like you know $10 a week or $20 a week or whatever to come and make sure the lawn is mowed that sort of thing it is not something we expect our city to pay for. And I don’t understand what makes this town that has a medium income think that the city should pay for that that makes no damn sense unless you were raising taxes to cover that

I am the first one as a disabled person who I break my bones very easily, which puts me down for quite a while. I moved into an apartment because I knew I would not be able to keep up with my own lawn and snow removal. But can someone please tell me Any city that really pays for snow removal and lawn care for anyone including seniors. Because they did not do that anywhere in my state. If you own your property, you are responsible for the care of your lawn for your own snow removal other than the main sidewalk that runs between your main street and your property that one in the city is responsible for clearing your driveway. Your sidewalk too that means sidewalk you are responsible for the city is responsible for the lawn that is between the main city street and their main sidewalk I can’t remember what they call that. But your lawn for your yard you are responsible for watering for cutting for cleaning up the leaves or the weeds or whatever you’ve got going on in your own yard. Now in my state, we have a lot of people youth who want money and are still willing to cut lawns and do lawn care for seniors at a lower rate on their off time to make extra money I understand in bigger cities they’re probably making money at McDonald’s and don’t want to do that. I live in a very wide open state Where any extra money is a bonus. But I have never lived in a community and I have been military, so I have lived everywhere that it was the cities responsibility to remove snow from private driveways and walkways, or to be responsible for private yards and mowing the grass that is just not some thing that happened and I lived in some pretty expensive areas. And yet this area that has a medium income is trying to do that and I get that that’s a sweet idea to do for seniors or disabled people that are in situations like mine and I would appreciate that however, if you do not have the money to do that, and you are barely keeping the city above the water you should not be trying to cover shit that is other people’s responsibility. I hate to say that, but if you are a property owner, regardless of your age, if you are a property owner, you are responsible for finding someone to do your lawn care. If you cannot do it your self. I know a lot of people who sell their house and move into communities that do that sort of thing because they’re not able to do it anymore. However, I don’t know anywhere that the city is responsible for taking care of private home owners, yards or driveways or private Walkways. And that’s even in rich areas like Seattle or other areas like that. Just think of this city or Township or whatever you wanna call it of Dalton which is a medium income area that is not something that if your city is in a deficit you should be trying to pay for it and your mayor definitely should not be taking first class flights and staying in thousand dollar suites on the taxpayers dollars. That is ridiculous.

This is such a s*** show! Henyard just doesn't know when to shut her mouth. And as far as Price working there, doesn't the Board ultimately have to approve his appointment. The Supervisor should be able to appoint some personnel, but I would think there is no employment of that person until the Board holds a vote and approves that appointment. What are his qualifications for that job? As we found Out Freeman was woefully under-qualified for this position at the Township and his position at Dolton. What is this guy's background? Does he have a criminal history? No one knows, and he is now running the Township. If I were on the Board there is NO WAY I would be approving the bills as long as his salary is listed.
