07-13 Mini 00A0B0, 00A0B6 Gearshift Assembly Replacement

Today we have a 2013 Mini Cooper with a R,N,D malfunction indicator and Trouble codes 00A0B0 and 00A0B6 stored in the Car Access System (CAS) Module. There is a relevant technical service bulletin (TSB) SI M24 01 08 explaining that a possible cause for this condition being spilled beverages in the console. Ultimately the remedy is to replace the shifter assembly. This process should be the same for 2007 Mini Cooper, 2008 Mini Cooper, 2009 Mini Cooper, 2010 Mini Cooper, 2011 Mini Cooper, 2012 Mini Cooper, and 2013 Mini Cooper equipped with an automatic transmission.
