More: she blatantly lied about having two horrible autoimmune diseases for sympathy. Her autopsy revealed she was perfectly healthy. Anyone who lies about having a devastating disease like Lupus deserves a place in hell. She got her daughters WATER BOTTLES and SLIPPERS as presents for their last Christmas, because she couldn’t afford more, since she was wasting Chris’s wages on overpriced Thrive products and vacations (NO, those vacations were NOT paid for!!). She left Chris with the kids for days and weeks to go on those vacations that Chis was paying for when they had 70k $ in debt and couldn’t afford to pay the mortgage. They were 3 mortgage payments behind. She got pregnant with CeCe while going through a bankruptcy to trap Chris. She got pregnant on purpose a 3rd time after the second bankruptcy to make sure Chris had no way out. She lied about the 3rd pregnancy being his idea. He was hooked on NK for fucks sake and in a hurry to get the fuck out of Dodge. The very last thing he would have wanted was to get the scammer pregnant, when he couldn’t afford a meal in a restaurant. SHE GOT PREGNANT TO KEEP HER HUSBAND TRAPPED, because she wasn’t making squat with Thrive and Chris was the only reliable income. This woman was a pathetic excuse of a human being. Chris Watts threw his whole life away for a narcissistic fraud. He might’ve killed her, he never killed his kids. It was Shannan (yes, she was perfectly capable of such a thing) or NK. Dude’s guilty of snapping and being too stupid to save himself from the good ol’ ghoul he married.

He told the investigators this and so did NK. It is a scientifically proven fact that serious lack of sleep can make you psychotic. Not caffeine. I'm not saying it's the only reason he did it but it may have been a contributing factor and I'm sure it didn't help his mental health. I looked up "family annilators" and one of the things they have in common is EXTREME financial stress. If he could have easily (financially) walked away from that marriage the murders never would have happened. Not an excuse but I believe that's what motivated him.
