Heavy rain from Francine caused major flooding in the Moulton, Alabama area early Saturday morning. Francine flooded multiple roads, countless fields, and even a few homes and structures forcing residents to evacuate.

I wonder how much federal aid all those 'small government' types are going to request here? I'm not saying they don't deserve it, just highlighting the hypocrisy. I wish everyone there a quick recovery.
