Hi I have a similar unit with Audi Concert !! The issue I am facing is, the panel keys / SWC except for volume and mute works only for Audi MMI UI rest of the system works on touch only !! Anyways to fix this, i want to use the the manual keys, mainly swc Any help is appreciated ! I tried looking into factory settings it has default canbus selected as AUDI AUDI ALL

@@pavan3864shetty most of these units you have to try different can settings to find the correct car, if I were you I would try different car under settings and try,each time you change settings you may need to reboot

Which one fits better... 10" or 12"? Is the 12" too bulky?

We did 10 and 12" they both fit fine ,I personally think 12" looks better

I followed the exact same process, and i have the same car model, but for some reasons there is no sound output. Everything else seems okay except that the audio output

Ok we did have same issue, did you choose the aux on factory radio mode? B4 you go to carplay, goto menu on factory radio display then select the aux as mode then carplay

Thank you for replying! I had to connect an aux cable to both FL and FR and connect it to the other end of the cable plugged in the audio interface in glove box to get the sound to come out. In case this comment helps someone else.
