Honest opinion on the skiff? Thinking about taking this project on with my brother, would love to hear how you thought the build process was, and the final product!!

Build it as is but also add the extended rails on each side. Look at my walk through video. No regrets on my part but wish I had a 30hp outboard. I'll be making that change in the near future. Otherwise, I would take this boat out as much as I could if I had more time to do so.
