Don't be jealous, Steven! Everybody has something. Since February, my gift - given generously by the Holy Spirit when desperate circumstances led me to beg to be cleansed of my sins - has been to spot where the Spirit is at work reaching us with the connectivity of God's love in the universe. Coldplay's music is one of those places, as I am sure many millions feel, even if they don't have the words to describe what they encounter. I do. Drop the BH words (I have done, it can be done!) Pick up your triangle and join the symphony, for he who is last shall be first...

I wasn't that really good at it or anything like that although I started to get used to it a little, but we haded to move out and we also haded to leave the piano behind but I still want to learn how to play it though

OMG The opening just before the verse blew me away. You have a great talent. Just a pointer maybe slow it down just a tad, it doesn't really allow enough time for the listener to get blown away by one bit, before you blow them away with the next bit. Really great though. I played Clocks for my Music GCSE with my band but I might have to change my solo performance on it. 👌👏😲

I've listened to a few of this guy's songs and I really am not seeing this incredible performance the comments are raving about. A lot of the songs simply seem impressive from the sheer volume of notes being output, and while there are a few occasions of impressive hand work, most of the flourish is kind of simple for anyone who has been playing consistently for a number of years. Don't get me wrong these pieces are for the most part well played, and I'm sure each took quite a bit of work to achieve, but for those of you sitting at home in awe thinking you'll never get there, you can. It just takes time. It's not a question of skill but rather of time and experience and passion as to whether you too can one day sound like this. Playing piano is not just about pounding the keys , going through the motions, and mechanically hitting every note at the right time. I'd say even more important is harnessing the ability to express emotion through the notes, conveying passion through the music you create. That being said, there is something to be said for raw simplicity. I think this guy goes overkill too often with many of his covers. Sometimes a simple chord progression carries a lot more meaning and beauty than a fancy riff or broken chord rendition. Adrian needs less notes and more emotion.
