My father died on February 20, 2004 and when I left early from work, this song literally followed me every step of the way back to my house, to the airport the next morning (I was supposed to visit him the next day anyway), until I was "home, home, where I wanted to go." September 11th/2015 the date in which the best person I've ever met passed away, We were friends for 7 - 8 years approximately. I was with him that day but left shortly before things happened so I couldn't be there to help him. Later that day when I was on my way back home, I was waiting the bus with my headphones on and listening some music when suddenly I heard "Viejo" (the nickname he gave me and only he called me that way [it means Old in spanish]) looked around and no one was talking to me so I thought it was weird but irrelevant, I obviously was unaware about my friend's situation but only the next day I understood that it was my friend saying goodbye to me when I was informed that he died by a Cardiopulmonary Arrest by the time I was on the bus stop. He was 21 as long as me and he is the first person I lose in my life. His musical taste was exigent and Clocks by Coldplay was one of the songs he could play on piano. He really liked Clocks and now I will always remember him with this song.
