Recently back to Vancouver from the Philippines Manila to Tuguegarao Dec 14th to Jan 14th, was there for 1 month spending the final 5 days in Manila. We didn't do 1st class but I will definitely want to next time... the flight is loooong at 14 hours, noisy with screaming kids and exhausting. When we boarded I thought the 1st class looked old and outdated but fuck it - you can lay flat, stretch your legs and it's quiet; will do this next time for sure. Philippines wasn't so much a vacation as it was an experience. My first 24 hours I was very emotional and cried a lot, the poverty is heart-wrenching. White skin = $$$ that's a fact... Not a fan of Manila at all... Tuguegarao was much more chill. Met my new family who I'm extremely proud of and love dearly as I was made to feel verrry welcome, appreciated and loved... this was the highlight... oh and we adopted one of my fiancés cousin's children so she can grow up in Canada and have better opportunities; little Milka comes back with us this year Dec... but that's another story. DO NOT get dental work done in the Philippines... this was my first mistake. I had a lot of ink done at a great price... Dogs are everywhere and bark all the time. It's dirty, noisy, polluted... but damn it I miss it... something about the Philippines got to my heart. Philippines is not for the weak minded...When you order a red apple, you're told you will receive a red apple, do not expect to receive a red apple.... I personally like the Philippines very much...

Flight 119? Seat 1A? I went to Manila, Dec. 3, 2014! Same flight and same seat in Business Class! Flight departure 1:20 am! Almost 14 hrs, but the cabin crew was so nice and, made me feel so good and relaxed for the whole flight! 👍👍 up!! I totally recommend PAL, for a comfortable trip!! These girls were very helpful and sweet! A totally stress free vacation!

PAL needs to upgrade it's business class, this is just way too outdated and it's not at par to the competitive airline global standards these days. I would probably consider this as premium economy.
