The times I would read the red letters of Christ, and after he went to the cross was very different I thought, well Gods Holy Spirit showed me it was, and why, it wasn't until I started reading Apostle Paul's writings, it didn't happen overnight but it did happen, I was starting to rightly divide the word, and I didn't even know that's what I was doing, but I did fiqued things out and I know I wasn't alone doing it, I did read, I read Half Lindsey's book never could understand it, like I keep say its better that we read the word, and not read so much stuff people write, the Dispensation of Grace was the one thing I started to understand and when the fullness of the gentiles is complete the church that's us Saints will be caught up to heaven there is more, but I am sure someone will talk about it, and this ministry of Grace church is a great honest church Amen

The reason why I don't use a *Red Letter KJB* ( *2 Timothy **3:16** [kjb]* ). Because it can put you on the path of not rightly dividing the word of truth. I had no idea that some of those people made date predictions. I have never read Hal Lindsey's book, I never felt lead to it. But my mother used to watch TBN also and no wonder she always expected the rapture to take her at any time. I also remember some of the characters on TBN and decades ago they had some elderly man on who said Jesus would return in his life time, but I am sure he is no longer with us. This is what happens when people base their faith on feelings and dreams and desires rather than on the solid word of God.

…At time 9:49. As a long time lister of Chuck Smith I would agree he set no particular date, but he may have said like so many other preachers have said the time is “close”. Please provide proof of where he set a date. I followed Chuck Smith for years because he was one of the only radio preachers who read and discussed the WHOLE Bible cover to cover (he skipped a few genealogy’s). Sir, I'm not sure I agree (or maybe understand) the fig tree interpretation. The renowned men of God is another story completely. Anyone setting dates is doing so without regard for the word of God. Jesus said we would know the season, not the date. These men didn't even get the season right. I say this as a man that does not subscribe to the pre-trib rapture either.

The Jews had to be back in the land before the Lord could return because he would be coming to the Jews in Israel, to defeat their enemies and turn their hearts back to him. The rebirth of Israel in 1948 was just one of the "signs" that indicated the great tribulation and the return of Jesus Christ is near. For twenty centuries Israel was dispersed and did not exist as a nation. Now it exists again which means the tribulation is near and Jesus Christ can now return.

The sign that Jesus gave of the appearance of the 2nd coming Christ is the revival of the fig tree (Matthew 24:30-35) . In the old and new testaments, the fig tree represents Israel. Jesus foretold the destruction of Israel using the withering of the fig tree in Luke 13:6-9 and Mark 11:12-14, 20-21. Jesus even directly foretold the destruction of Israel and Jerusalem in Luke 21:20-24. As Jesus prophesied, Israel was destroyed in 70A.D. due to the fig tree [Israel] not bearing fruit [fruit of repentance]. However Jesus also foretold the restoration of Israel in Luke 21:24 and in Matthew 24:32-35 through the revival of the fig tree. This event marks the sign of his 2nd coming. This same prophecy is also in Jeremiah 30:1-9. It shows that after this time of trouble for the Jews [Holocaust], the Jews will come back to their land. All of this happened in 1948. And verse 9 of this prophecy in Jeremiah says that King David will then appear. It is known that this prophetical King David represents Christ. So the 2nd coming Christ appears at the restoration of Israel, 1948. The 2nd coming Christ was baptized at the age of 30 in 1948 and preached the gospel for 37 years to complete the 40 year reign as King David. 3 years at Jesus' 1st coming and 37 years at his 2nd coming. He has restored Zion the city of God's festivals as prophesied. Now all of God's people are streaming to Zion to learn the ways of the Lord as prophesied in Micah 4:1-2.

Daniel the prophet was told when the end of the world will come...to the exact year. It is recorded in Daniel chapter 8 and in chapter 12:11-13 In chapter 8 Daniel sees a vision of 2300 evenings and mornings from the time of the 4 horns that emerge after Alexander the Great defeats the Persian Darius in battle of Guagamala. The first king to impose hefty taxes on Jerusalem after Alexander the Great dies is Ptolemy II Philadelphus and he does this after winning in the first Syrian War against his arch rival Seleucus.....that war ends with Ptolemy victorious in the year 272 BC ....Ptolemy II then proceeds to go to Jerusalem in triumph and enacts taxation every year from then onwards.....this policy of taxation persists for the next few hundred years....the angel promises in the vision Daniel is given that Jerusalem and Israel will be restored after 2300 ( years / evenings and mornings refers to the spring passover feasts and fall rosh hoshanna feasts ...that occur by Mosaic law every year.....2 main feasts per year......thus evenings and mornings refers to years) Simple math tells you that 2300 years - 272 BC = the fateful year for Israel 2028 AD....everything GOD promised to Israel will be accomplished that year according to Daniel chapter 8.... ALSO....in Daniel chapter 12:11-13 ....the explanation amazingly matches the exact same terminal year that Daniel was given to know in Daniel chapter 8.....here is the proof....the daily sacrifice was taken away when the babylonians invaded and killed the king of Jerusalem and stole many temple gold instruments....in the year 597 BC....you add 1290 years to that date and you arrive at 692 AD...( on the temple mount the abomination of desolation was set up that very year....the Islamic dome of the rock was built that year in completion...) the prophecy ends with the messenger telling Daniel "blessed is he who endures to the end of the 1335 days( years in prophecy given the day to year principle.)" Again simple math 597 BC+ 1290 years= 692 AD....then 692 AD + 1335 years = the fateful year again same as in Daniel 8 2028 AD... Hear Oh Israel ...the Lord GOD will bring in the kingdom of heaven by the year 2028 AD.....also that would have been exactly 2000 exact years since Jesus Christ ( Yeshua Meshiach) had lived, crucified and died, and ressurected and ascended into heaven........that year 2028 according to the prophetic book of Daniel is when the Lord Jesus returns with the armies of heaven to the earth to establish the millenial kingdom of heaven on earth. SO yes...Israel in between 2024-2028 will be given a final evangelization.....the irony is that the very place the evagelization began is also the final place of evangelization...this time however it will be different...as the final 2 witnesses will appear in Israel for the final turn of human history........and the remnant of Israel will be saved and all prophecies will be accomplished.

I went to the chuckie smith church in costa Mesa about 1974 after I got saved. Me and my wife wanted to get my cousin billy saved and took him there for starters. We’re standing outside while people were filing into the service and this cute chick walked by us and she turned my cousins head as he fixated on her everything because she wore a very short mini skirt. When she disappeared he turned, looked at me and said “I think I’m going to like this church” lol. Anyway I’m not convinced and never was that there’s going to be a secret 2nd coming (part one) of a pre trib rapture as it can’t be found preached in the true early church but was invented in 1830 and here we are now. The wheat and Tares grow together until the harvest at the end of the age not some secret harvest part one before this. Apostate Christianity cannot be caught up in that type of spiritual condition.
