I like your build. You think like I do, and your build shows lots of character, unlike many aircraft models which tend to😊 look ridiculously pristine. I realize that you added the missing tow-hooks but after searching for photo refences, I never did find actual hooks. So I'm not saying that yours are wrong, just that Takom may not be wrong for not including thrm. I like the way you use paint and colours to layer and texture the finish. Very realistic. I would have finished it with more dust but that's more artistic impression than accuracy. And you're right about adding more equipment and replacing parts with metal and wire -- easier to finish and alter, plus the jeweller's chain. Lovely model with real added character. Tanks don't have to have guns to be interesting. Easy thumbs up, my friend!

Thanks Bryan. I’m hoping some people make the connection like you did that you don’t need a 3D printer to enhance a kit

I love seeing builds of utility type vehicles. They're a nice change of pace and the industrial-military combination always results in a ton of cool detail to look at. All that's to say, great build :)

Woohoo, welcome back, been missing you. This is a cute build. Really like how the welding tanks turned out, and the chipping/weathering overall is nicely in scale.

Very Nice!! Well done!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Funny coincidence, as I was down at my favorite hobby shop, today, I happened to pick this model up, and check it out, but unfortunately, I ignored the inner voice saying buy it, and sadly, did not purchase it..😢. On track part, you were actually very wise to purchase aftermarket tracks. The tracks on the Takom M3 series, in my opinion aren't that great, and I had issues with them in the past. Those looked like Master Club tracks you were using!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
@TheModelGuy Жыл бұрын
They are master club tracks but they are difficult to get a hold of here in Canada. I used them as a reference to 3D design ones I can print in the future. I want to do a USMC Sherman on Iwo Jima this year
