Watching you roll her off the table was the first time I've really gotten a good idea of just how big she is!! Good lawd!!! She's a monster!!! Definitely over 100 lbs. Maybe close to 160- 170. Lol!!! Man she's looking mean!! Hot damn!! 192 lbs!!!!! That's flipping insane!!! And badass at the same time!

I owned 1/4 scale trucks and cars. The issue with BIG r/c is the rear always swings out. Big heavy r/c are unstable to drive. The front tires have too much grip. This I learned from experience. A longer wheel base would help and also harder compound front tires would also help. I hope yours is different and handles good for you, Be careful when driving.

I have been following this build since day one, this has become one of my favorite RC builds of all time. deffenently in my top three and I'm sure when the grave digger gets built they will hold the top two spots. great job and awesome craftsmanship you show and have. you are very talented and I enjoy watching your videos. thank you for sharing these with us. I literally drooled watching this, i cant wait to see the outcome after its tuned and put on the dyno. I bet the top speed will be somewhere between 125 and 140 mph is my guess. but I could be way off. either way its freaking awesome.

With touchy throttles I used a sping link to kinda make the throttle softer and more linear than 02% to 100% it will limit or need more throw to get to full but can be easily figured out

Cool build n all i just dont think youll get the mixture of fuel air through the blower and the intercooler, best to put the throttle body where the carb is now or i think you`ll just end up filling the cooler with fuel just a thought .

YEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS! So satisfying to see it on the ground doing smokey doughnuts! Kinda can't wait now to see the dyno results. Just out of curiosity, would a more progressive throttle ramp help with the seemingly all-or-nothing nature? I'm thinking something like dual rates on steering. It even sounds epic outside.

I might be wrong here... but my theory is; if very little throttle is making the engine rev up very fast, I would then say the trhottle body is too big for the engine. A throttle body should not limit the volumetric effeciency/capacity of your engine, but there is also no need to go massively overkill.
@timsane
@timsane 4 жыл бұрын
In this case i need to go that big because the supercharger gets fed by the throttle body. If I use a smaller tb the supercharger won’t get enough air and looses efficiency. But I can handle that with some tuning in the future. Thanks for your long comment!
@GulliJ
@GulliJ 4 жыл бұрын
Hello from France, you definitely are a Great RC Ingeneer and constructor. In my idea, you'll need a fake hotrod intake or old V8 filter that let us think ,real intake is lower from what We see You also need to take care of exponential setup on radio, after tune it's the way to have a full pleasure and efficient Gaz Curve and throttle response. Finally you probably need to balance the chassis in height rear upper front lower , and balance the weight and suspension for all corners This video is short but clearly it's not good at this time This small opinions can't be lower your average skill of very Great RC builder ! Stay at top ! All my best Jérôme from France
